Four Jingle Bells

The kids made this tomb at Easter and decorated it together (amidst a bit of fighting).  It turned out great and we saved it for next year. It really was a great reminder of the meaning of Easter.   Nanah sent William some clothes and his very own legos for his birthday!  He loves those legos. Marble runs are annoying to put together but they are mesmerizing! Brooke gets drinks in creative ways using straw bowls. On April fools day, Hailey stuck barbies in Spencer's bed. He was not happy! We went to Chick Fil A for William's birthday lunch with dad. I tagged along because I love them!  Also, I love Chick Fil a! This is totally out of order.  Grandma Jo passed away April 16.  We have loved her so much.  Her kindness and spunk and love will always be remembered by our family.  We are so lucky that we got to know her and spend some great times with her.  Will miss her sweet smile and hugs and her hilarious commentary a...

It was beautiful weather one Monday, so we busted out the running stroller. I haven't gone running with it since Hailey was a baby!  But I made it a good 3.5 miles with a park break in between.  Man, that was interesting not using my hands at all!  William had a great time at the park and kept telling me to run faster. What a great cheerleader, ha. Blake has taken on the attic.  It is more than half done.  He figured out how to make the sheetrock lift work and with a good supply of Dr Pepper and music, he has gotten a lot done.  Now to finish it! Brooke took a selfie of us.  She is pretty great. Hailey is taking flute in school and really enjoying it. We were able to buy and repair a flute from our friend, Sheila. We got this tulip plant for $2 from the store.  They died and we planted the bulbs, so I hope they come up next year.
