Four Jingle Bells

We were able to take a trip to Huntington Beach courtesy of our wonderful friends who let us use their beautiful beach house. We had a great time and now have a goal to have a beach house at some point in time! Brooke graduated to big girl car seat while we were there and was much happier for the ride home. Spencer graduated to a big kid booster, but was grumpy so he didn't have a very happy picture! Spencer was so tired by the end of the trip. The last day at the beach, I tried to get him to come out and play in the ocean, but he said he wanted to go to bed. So, he laid on the towel and ate granola bars. Why I could live here..... We met Michelle and my mom at the gardens at the Bellagio. We had to stop by the chocolate fountain. Yum-o. Almost convinced me to spend $5 on a gigantic chocolate covered strawberry....almost!

We went to Colorado for the 1st Bell Family Reunion. It was totally great. A 10 hour drive and one ticket later, we got there and the peace was so great. So nice to be somewhere without a million grumpy people and to see some trees! Thanks to the Shaws for all their hard work, time, energy and for Citizen Cope! Mindy and Ryan hosted the reunion this year and set up a Minute to Win it night. It was highly entertaining to say the least! Hailey did pretty well and is now shooting hair bands all over the house ever since! Can you get 7 penne's onto a spaghtetti without breaking it? I can't but Mindy and Kellie can! Technically, Barbie should be the last picture, but I am too lazy to make it happen. Mindy and Ryan had a garage sale Saturday morning and they had a bucket full of toys that we were not about to take home with us. Instead we hid some in Ryan's shop. We have been meeting with my sister, Michelle and her kids and my mom every Tuesday to do some fun stuff in Las Vegas. Yes, there is fun stuff to do in Las Vegas! It was neat to see all the old pioneer stuff and the kids had a good time running around in the dirt. I had to take a picture by this tree because I really want a tree like this!

We went to the mountains for a picnic and "hike" which really turned into eating in our trunk and not being able to find the hike. But it was still fun for the kids to run around in the mountains and have an adventure.
