Four Jingle Bells

We went on a walk in the woods near our house one day after a big rain storm and it was so gorgeous! The greens were greener and it smelled so wonderful.  I love moss! These kids are so great to go on all my adventures. Sometimes I just have to get out of the house and do something new and be free. Worms everywhere!!  They kids love digging them up after a rain. We went to Spencer's class picnic.  He has made good friends with Tate and these girls.  They were a pretty fun group.  Spencer and Mrs. L-R.  She has been the greatest teacher for Spencer. I love her old school methods and she is so patient.  She helped Spencer work hard and not give up.  We love her! Hailey and Mr. Young.  He is a great teacher.  Strict but Hailey said she learned more from him than from any other teacher.  He is very dedicated.  Mr. Young ran a kick ball game for two hours for all the kids during the class picnic.  It was so fun to watch them. The last day of school, we got wet!  And the neighbor kids did too.  It was fun. They also got me wet. We went to get new glasses for Hailey and Spencer and Brooke was so cute in these.  She doesn't need glasses but it's good to know she'll be adorable in them! Hailey and Spencer thought they were hilarious in these glasses.  They kept saying, "We're police, da da da." Found this hydrangea for $10.  If I knew how wonderful it would look, I would have bought a lot more!  It is now planted in our front yard. I think we have found five thermometers in this house!  The man who lived here for sixty years seemed to be a do it yourselfer.  It has been fun to find all these things. Blake had to work late one night, so Hailey came in bed with me. We had a pretty fun time taking silly pictures and reading with a treat.  She is a great girl.
