Easter
This was our first Easter on our own as a family....EVER!! But it turned out great.
My 3 Easter bunnies. William was more interested in sleeping. It is sure hard to get a decent picture of 4 kids!!
Their first ever picture with the Easter Bunny. I think the Easter Bunny is lame o, but they thought he was awesome. Minus Hailey. And william.=)
We went to a community egg hunt one Saturday while Blake was studying. We missed the hunt by a few minutes, but still had lunch and a bouncy house and played at the park. The kids were happy to get out of the house and do something fun. I had been a bit tired (obviously) and accidentally threw away my keys! A nice lady helped me go through the nastiest garbage can and thankfully I found them. That lady deserved a medal!!
We decorated eggs and our friends Sarah and Chris Wright came over and brought the kids cookies. Sarah has been so great. She helped look for rentals for us, helped unpack and adopted the kids! We love having them over whenever they can!
Ready for church. Spencer sure looks thrilled.=) William and I stayed home and slept and ate. Well, he ate and I fed him!
Nanah was with us for Easter and gave the kids these awesome glasses and the cute Easter clothes. They love them!
The Easter Bunny came after church. The kids were a little spoiled this year because the Easter Bunny felt a little guilty about the family moving in the middle of the school year, ignoring the kids while packing and having a new baby all within a month's time.
Counting up the eggs to make sure all 107 were found. There were only 104. We will probably come across some when we're mowing.=)
We have the greatest neighbors right next door. Grandma Barb and Darrell. The kids love them. They love the kids. They help with gardening and worm digging and teasing. Brooke loves Darrell. She just loves "Papas" in general. They have made us feel so welcome here and have fun chatting with them.
We have some great neighbors out here who put on an Easter egg hunt for the kids. They were very happy to participate!
