Spencer is the checkers king. We played a lot over winter. And he even beat me a few times sneaky little bum!
Waited in a long cold line to see Santa. He was a friendly Santa and the kids were pretty excited. Hailey came out and said "I didn't cry this year!" lol
Spencer made me the cutest ornament in school and Hailey accidentally dropped it so we recreated it.

Iowa is a cruel master. The winters are brutal. And they last forever. But these sunsets are amazing.
