 Spencer helped fix part of the desk we got for him. He painted it too and it turned out great!
 Some church activity that nobody remembers but I'm sure it was fun!
 We visited my parents at the property and the kids loved sleeping in their trailer.
It is so beautiful up there! Someday people are going to discover it and it will ruin it!
 We went to the places where Napoleon Dynamite was filmed. It was pretty funny.

 I commit to not get behind on the blog so I don't have pictures where I don't remember what happened. But aren't these kids cute! I'm sure it's some school project related picture.
 Bike rides are the best!


 We went to a Micron celebration in downtown Boise. Some people talked and we played games and had good food. It was a good time.

 We met the Neggi's for the first time. They are Blake's Indian friends from work. They are so fun and nice and took this picture for us!

 We went on a Fall walk. I couldn't believe all the colors! It was fun to explore this new area in Fall. Nothing beats the Iowa trees but it is beautiful in the desert too.

 Painted ANOTHER desk. I was going to sell this one but ended up keeping it. It's supposed to be our office desk but it really just ends up being a mess of papers.

 The kids painted pumpkins for the school. I saw that hardly anyone had brought decorated pumpkins so they got in on it.Brooke did it too but we must have missed the picture.

 I have had many cheesecake mishaps but this pumpkin cheesecake turned out amazing!!  It didn't even crack. I went to bed and after, I found that Blake and Uncle Spencer had eaten "small" bites throughout the night and much had disappeared!

 We tried to go Boo at the zoo but it was too busy, so we found a nature preserve that turned out to be really fun! Lots of hands on activities.

 Apparently in this neighborhood, you cut the bottoms out of pumpkins and put them on your lights. Do you know how hard it is to cut the bottoms out of plastic pumpkins? Hard.

 Trick or treaters our first time in this neighborhood. We went all over the place. It was pretty fun even though we missed our friends we go with usually. Learning and growing! Spencer was a good sport because he couldn't think of anything to be, so we made him Voldemort with an old sheet. He pretty much hates Halloween so we were lucky to get him out there!

Water Babies

We have been doing a lot of swimming, popsicle eating, water playing, anything to keep cool in this awful heat! This $15 pool was the best purchase we have ever made, in my opinion! Spencer loves it because it is just a big bath for him. Some people in our ward "donate" their pools to us hot people. It is great. This is Spencer's first swim. Poor kid. Believe it or not, he did enjoy it. Hailey swam across the pool with her floaties, so she was pretty psyched. About ten seconds after the swimming. He was so pooped!

Spencer getting ready to become a Priest for church. He was pretty happy about it and his new responsibilities. Wlliam always being slightly choked. Blake hung up my organizer I got from Marci Durrant's barn sale We had pasta making night competition. It was so fun to use our new pasta roller. Hailey and Spencer and Blake were a team. Brooke and William and I were a team. We really need to do this again! First time Spencer did temple baptisms where he was the baptizer. He baptized Taitlyn! Woo! Lovely winter sunset Made something new! The boys ate them right up! Lunch with Hailey! Another fun bakery order! That's it for January! Always a bit exhausted after December.

Brookey Brooke

Brooke Eileen Bell was born Aug 24th at 11:11 pm. 7 lbs, 15 oz, 20 inches.....and tons of great black hair!! Heres the story for all you interested people. I had cleaned the house all day and played with the kids. Was about to make dinner around 4 and started to feel a little weird and crampy, but didn't think much about it. Around 5, I was making chocolate chip waffles for dinner and realized the contractions had gone on for an hour and were about 3 minutes apart now. Called Blake and said I might be in labor, but don't worry, it would probably go away. Kept making waffles...called my mom and told her I was probably in labor. Blake got home, left for hospital around 6. We went to the ER and they said go to labor and delivery. Around 630, I was at a 4. Got all set up on IV and by the time epidural came around 830, I was at a 6. Moved to a 10 pretty fast after. Pushed a few times and there she was!! Hooray, no more summer pregnancy.=) We had to stay in the hospital a f...
