Sturgiss Falls Day
I made a "blob" from online. It pretty much was a blob because it didn't work at all. But the kids had fun for an afternoon. Giving up on those crazy pinterest projects and just buying different sprinklers to spray the kids.
Spencer gets to play in our neighbors yard all the time. They have a sand pit and a bunch of trucks so the kids love hanging out over there.
We rode bikes a lot this summer. Hailey is too big for hers but she won't give it up! It saves us some money, but she looks a little silly on it.
Brooke riding a too small bike from our neighbors, but it's fun because it's pink.
Spencer being very very sweaty from his scooter. He hates wearing shorts, so wears pants all the time, even on the hottest days. Finally figured out he likes mesh "sport" shorts, so we'll be stocking up next year.
Blake taught the kids "Cheers governer". So, they all say it in a British accent and think it's pretty funny and it is.
Went to the Sturgiss Falls parade, which is what our town was called before it was renamed. It was pouring rain so we hid under some umbrellas. As soon as the parade started, the rain stopped and the kids had a great time! Lots of candy and sunglasses and little toys and even a hot dog.
Crowded ride
The kids with our neighbor friends, Emma and Evan
Spencer's dream land
A shark, a cat and a frog
Learning about fire safety. The kids were pretty excited to climb out of the mobile home window to get away from the smoke.
And the best part of the fair, overpriced funnel cakes. Have mercy.
Summer treat outside
The boys helping me plant some plants out front. Some survived and some didn't. Hot August and not much rain.
Cutest pretzel loving boy ever!
William was happy to hang out in this chair while we planted the plants. I need to invest in a chair.
New glasses. After a whopping $400, I found out that we have a vision discount plan instead of a vision insurance plan. Ouch. Brooke broke Spencer's in a week, luckily we had his old ones. Hailey lost hers outside and they were found in the sandbox by the neighbor boys. Kids and glasses are so much fun.
