Nauvoo with family (December)

Played a few games of Settlers of Catan with Jordan.  He started to get obsessed until he won.

Nanah was a champ and sewed together the holes in our couch.  I wish she was here to fix all of the stuff I never get to!

We were waiting for Blake and his parents and the kids had a good time climbing trees.

We got lucky to be in the right place at the right time.  This carriage was about to go to the stables and instead they gave us a ride around the block.  T'he jingle bells were a lot of fun.

We have tried to go to the Nauvoo library so many times but it is always closed.  The kids were thrilled to find it open.  I hung out with them while Blake and his parents shopped.

We printed off this service tree and put what we had done on post it notes.  We filled the whole tree.

Got to go to the temple with Jordan. Thanks to Nanah and Papa for watching the kids.

Our yearly nutcracker.  It was this one or a girl one. I loved the girl one!

This is a courting candle.  When it burns down to the line, the date is over. If dad wants to give more time, he raises the candle.  Blake always gets me little things like this when we go to Nauvoo.
