Pretty much all of November 2017

The kids and Blake brought me breakfast in bed for my birthday. It was nice of them.
Brooke started gymnastics a few months ago and has done so well!!  She is very bendy.  The owner is a former p.e. teacher and the nicest old man.  It's difficult without being stressful. She is able to do walking backbends, falling backbends and all kinds of trampoline tricks.
Hailey had a day off of school so we ran to Waffle Stop. I am slow but she waited for me.  It was a delicious breakfast and we walked on the way home!
Spencer reading everywhere we go, even the grocery store!

Our yearly trip (one of many) to the leaf graveyard to dump our leaves.
Brooke used my pushpins to make a necklace for her bear.
The Tidwells came over and made make your own cookies with us. I saw the recipe on youtube. It was a cookie dough base and you add whatever you want. It was a great way to get rid of random chocolate chips and candy.
Spencer did a presentation for us and the Tidwells on the world. He has so much knowledge in his brain!
We went to the stem festival and the kids loved it as always.

The kids all loved the snake.

Touching a heart is always exciting.
Blake finished the attic floor!
Lunch out with Brooke! I love surprising them with these little dates.
Spencer got a kid of character award! He was so excited!
I love a nice clean room!
We made a homemade pumpkin pie. yum.
We went to the Nutcracker. We thought about making it a family tradition but the boys said there wasn't enough fighting. ha. We had a great time
The kids did some art on Hailey's canvases. Great way to spend cold days.

William lost a fight with a chair leg. He was rolling around and hit the leg just right poor guy. I am just glad he didn't hurt his eyeball!
Had a little run home with Brooke one day.
Blake's Grandma Bell made the best orange rolls. Kellie had her recipe but it was incomplete so nobody wanted to try to make them. I took the plunge and they worked out! Blake was so happy we had them for Thanksgiving.

Making the beautiful orange rolls!

Thanksgiving was so fun. We did it with the Pences and the Chambers. It was easy and low key. Thankful for Friendsgiving!

We went to Scratch for the Santa arrival on Main Street.
William loved the trains set up.
I wasn't feeling well for Christmas decorating. Happily, the kids are old enough to do a lot of it!

Everyone got their ornaments this year. Brooke got pink candy canes because she loves the girly stuff. Everyone else got Star Wars balls. They were loving it.
It's always fun when we get all the Christmas books out.

Blake attached this board so that we can have some extra counter space. He is pretty handy.
Sunsets are so beautiful out here.
